A Richmond native, Chef Nader Hagez grew up surrounded by his family's passion for food. He pursued his love of culinary arts, attending prestigious Johnson and Wales University, and returned upon graduating to join his family once again in their restaurant business.
Chef Nader then opened his original
Four Brothers Bistro and Grill in the heart of Richmond, proudly serving the VCU community and business professionals around the city. With enough of a fan base asking for more, a second location was recently added near Virginia Center Commons. Offering the same classics, plus gourmet hot dogs and Philly Cheese Steaks, it's sure to please the whole family!
Now, having perfected their restaurant service, Nader and his mother, Virginia, have taken their culinary excellence on the road, sharing their generational expertise in creating classic menu offerings to bring to events and festivals, as well as for private catering.
We have various menu options- from classic all American influenced Four Brothers, to Baja Fresh Mexican, our Mediterranean inspired Opa creations, as well as an entire seafood menu- all served with top quality produce and prepared with you and your guests in mind.
